Important announcement for the oral presentation speakers of the main symposium

About the aspect ratio of power-point slide projector

To those who will be giving an oral presentation:

We would like to provide you with information regarding the aspect ratio of the slide projector. It has been confirmed that the aspect ratio of the slide projector used at the Toyama International Conference Center is primarily 16:9. Therefore, if you are preparing your presentation in PowerPoint, it would be best to use the 16:9 aspect ratio (wide size) so that you can utilize the entire screen for your presentation. Of course, it is also possible to present with the standard 4:3 aspect ratio (standard size), but in that case, the sides of the screen will not be utilized for projection.

We hope you find this information helpful.

Announcement for Poster presenter

  • The poster size should be within the dimensions of W 90 cm x H 120 cm.
  • The poster sessions are scheduled for the evenings of July 10th (Monday), 11th (Tuesday), and 13th (Thursday). All posters will remain displayed throughout this period. Please feel free to have discussions with the presenters at your convenience. You can put up or remove your poster at any time during the conference. If you leave it as is and do not take it down, we will dispose of it.
